State Police Retirement System - Survivor Benefits

Synopsis:

Increasing the survivor benefit for surviving spouses and minor children of retirees of the State Police Retirement System from 50% to 80% of the retiree's allowance at the time of the retiree's death; and repealing a supplemental survivor benefit for surviving spouses of retirees of the State Police Retirement System.
