Requiring the Maryland Transit Administration and Administration
contractors to apply, as specified, for criminal history records
checks of their employees who are or will be employed to provide

ensure that employees of the Administration and of the
Administration's contractors who provide transit service to disabled
persons successfully complete training relating to appropriate
accommodation for all passengers, including disabled persons; etc.
