Criminal Law - Third Degree Sexual Offense - Person in a Position of Authority
 
Expanding the felony of sexual offense in the third degree to prohibit
a person in a position of authority from engaging in sexual contact, a
sexual act, or vaginal intercourse with a minor while the minor is
enrolled or participating in a specified institution, program, or
activity at which the person in authority works, or while the minor
was enrolled or participating in a specified institution, program, or
activity at the time the person in a position of authority was working
at the institution, program, or activity; etc.
