Agriculture - Maryland Dairy Farmer Emergency Trust Fund

Synopsis:

Establishing the Maryland Dairy Farmer Emergency Trust Fund; establishing the purpose and uses of the Fund; requiring the Secretary of Agriculture to administer the Fund; requiring that unspent or unencumbered funds in excess of $15,000,000 revert to the General Fund; and authorizing the Governor to include an appropriation for the Fund each fiscal year.
