Dorchester County - Alcoholic Beverages Act of 2008

Synopsis:

Repealing the off-sale privilege of a Class B beer and light wine license in Dorchester County on or after July 1, 2008; authorizing a holder of a Class B (on-sale and off-sale) beer and light wine license that is issued on or before June 30, 2008, to continue to exercise the privileges of the license and to renew the license; providing specified penalties for the violation of specified requirements regarding catering events; authorizing the Board of License Commissioners to grant a specified special license; etc.
