Amending the Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of 2005 to alter
the authorized uses of a specified grant and change a specified
grantee to the Board of Directors of the Muslim Community Center,
Inc.; permitting the grantee to include real property, in-kind
contributions, and funds expended prior to the effective date of the
Act in the matching fund; extending the deadline by which a specified
grantee may present evidence to the Board of Public Works that a
matching fund will be provided.
