Health Insurance - Coverage for In Vitro Fertilization - Miscarriage
Providing that, for purposes of meeting a specified eligibility
requirement, the duration of the history of infertility of the patient
and the patient's spouse shall be calculated without regard to any
pregnancy of the patient that terminates as the result of a
miscarriage.
