Alcoholic Beverages - Special Brewery Promotional Event Permit
Establishing a special brewery promotional event permit; authorizing
the Office of the Comptroller to issue a permit to a holder of a
Class 5 manufacturer's license; authorizing a permit holder to provide
beer samples and sell beer at a promotional event under specified
circumstances; specifying restrictions on the frequency and duration
of promotional events; providing for a $25 per-event fee; and
requiring a permit application be filed with the Office at least 15
days before the event.
