State Retirement and Pension System - Line of Duty Death Benefits

Synopsis:

Providing that specified minor children and dependent parents of a State employee who at the time of death was a member of the State Retirement and Pension System and who was killed while employed by the State are entitled to enroll and participate in the State Employee and Retiree Health and Welfare Benefits Program under specified circumstances; etc.
