Requiring specified dry cleaners and launderers to repair, pay the cost to repair, or replace lost or damaged items of clothing left in the possession of the dry cleaners or launderers for dry cleaning or laundering; requiring specified dry cleaners and launderers to post specified notices at specified places; providing specified enforcement and penalty provisions; etc.
