Synopsis:

Establishing a Task Force to Study Financial Matters Relating to Long-Term Care Facilities; providing for the membership and duties of the Task Force; providing for the designation of cochairs of the Task Force; requiring the Department of Legislative Services to provide staff for the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to report interim findings and recommendations by July 1, 2009, and final findings and recommendations by June 1, 2010, to the Governor and General Assembly; etc.
