Entitled:
Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program - Exemption for Low Mileage

Synopsis:

Providing that a motor vehicle is exempt from the mandatory inspection and testing requirements of the vehicle emissions inspection program if the motor vehicle is driven 1,000 miles or less annually, and the exemption is not prohibited by federal law; and specifying application procedures.
