Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from possessing a firearm if the person has been convicted of a disqualifying crime or is a respondent against whom a current final protective order has been entered; repealing prohibitions against possession of a regulated firearm by a person who has been convicted of a disqualifying crime or is a respondent against whom a current final protective order has been entered; etc.
