Entitled:
Baltimore County - Proposed New School Buildings - High Performance Buildings

Synopsis:

Requiring that, in Baltimore County, each new school building shall be a high performance building; prohibiting the State or the Baltimore County Board of Education from authorizing an appropriation for the preliminary planning of a proposed capital project for a new school building until a specified program is submitted to the Department of Budget and Management; defining a specified term; authorizing the Board of Public Works to adopt specified regulations; etc.
