State Highway Administration - Unauthorized Signs on Rights-of-Way

Synopsis:

Providing for original jurisdiction of the District Court for specified actions; prohibiting unauthorized signs within the right-of- way of a State highway; clarifying that such signs may be removed by the State Highway Administration or by other designated agencies; authorizing the State Highway Administration or a specified county or municipal corporation government to recover specified costs; providing for civil penalties; etc.
