Income Tax - Credit to Offset Increased Sales Tax

Synopsis:

For the purpose of allowing specified individuals having income not exceeding specified poverty income levels to claim a credit against the State income tax in specified amounts; providing for refundability of the credit; providing that specified individuals are ineligible for the tax credit; applying the Act to tax years after 2008; etc.
