Vehicle Laws - Driver's License Renewal - Vision Testing

Synopsis:

Repealing a requirement that an applicant for renewal of a driver's license who is at least 21 years of age but under the age of 40 years take a vision test if the applicant has not passed a vision test within the previous 6 years.
