Establishing the Veterans of Afghanistan and Iraq Mental Health Pilot
Program at the Montgomery County General Hospital in Montgomery
County; providing that the Pilot Program shall coordinate and provide
inpatient and outpatient mental health services to specified veterans
and the spouses and dependents of specified veterans; providing that
the Pilot Program may include specified services; requiring the
Governor to include an appropriation in the State budget in fiscal
