Synopsis:

Requiring the transfer of the real property and all rights of physical control over the real property of the Charles H. Hickey, Jr. School to the Department of Natural Resources if the Department of Juvenile Services ceases to operate the school in a specified manner; and requiring specified transferred property to become a part of Gunpowder Falls State Park.
