Public Health - Bottled Water Facilities - Consumer Confidence Reports

Synopsis:

Requiring facilities in the State that produce bottled water for drinking to prepare a consumer confidence report; requiring a specified report to be filed with the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene on or before a specified date each year and made available for public inspection; authorizing facilities to use a specified report required under a specified federal law if the water bottled in the facility comes from a community water system; etc.
