Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $250,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Rackliffe House Trust, Inc. for the repair, renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of the historic Rackliffe House, located in Berlin; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a specified requirement; requiring the grantee to grant and convey a preservation easement to the Maryland Historical Trust; etc.
