Shortage
 
Providing a subtraction modification under the State income tax for
individuals with specified military retirement income that commit to
working in the State; extending the termination date of the Statewide
Commission on the Shortage in the Health Care Workforce; expanding the
requirements of the Commission to include identifying specified health
care fields; requiring the Commission to report specified findings to
the Comptroller; applying the Act to all taxable years beginning after
December 31, 2008; etc.
