Clarifying a provision of law relating to the payment of specified
legal fees to the attorney for the Prince George's County Board of
License Commissioners for representing the Board in court; requiring
the Prince George's County Council to pay the attorney for the Board
up to a specified amount in a specified fiscal year under specified
circumstances; providing that the payment made under the Act is in
addition to the annual salary of the attorney for the Board; stating
legislative intent; etc.
