Synopsis:

Authorizing a juvenile court, when a child is adjudicated delinquent for a specified act involving a controlled dangerous substance, to order the child's parent, guardian, or custodian to submit to a screening for substance abuse and participate in specified substance abuse treatment or counseling as a condition of the child's probation, disposition, or treatment service plan; providing that information relating to the screening, treatment, or counseling is confidential; etc.
