Crimes - Anabolic Steroids - Distribution to a Minor or Member of a High School or College Athletic Team

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from unlawfully distributing, dispensing, or possessing with intent to distribute an anabolic steroid to a minor or an individual who the person knows or has reason to know is a member of a high school or college athletic team; establishing penalties for a violation of the Act; establishing a mandatory minimum penalty for a subsequent violation of the Act; prohibiting a court from suspending the minimum sentence; etc.
