Workers' Compensation - Permanent Partial Disability - Benefit

Synopsis:

Repealing provisions in law providing compensation awarded for a permanent partial disability claim for less than 75 weeks; repealing provisions related to compensation for public safety employees; increasing the maximum weekly benefit for an employee who is awarded compensation for less than 75 weeks; providing that all employees who are awarded compensation for permanent partial disability for less than 250 weeks will be entitled to the same maximum weekly benefit; etc.
