State-Funded Construction Projects - Apprentices

Synopsis:

Requiring that specified contracts for State-funded construction projects require the contractor or the association of which the contractor is a member to have an approved and registered apprenticeship program in place before submitting a bid for the contract and hire specified registered apprentices at a specified ratio.
