Environment - Phosphorus - Dishwashing Detergent

Synopsis:

Altering the date by which specified persons are prohibited from using, selling, manufacturing, or distributing for sale household dishwashing detergent that contains greater than 0.5 percent phosphorus by weight from January 1, 2010, to July 1, 2010.
