Requiring the Comptroller to provide to the Department of Assessments
and Taxation a list of resident individuals with federal adjusted
gross income not exceeding the maximum combined income level specified
for eligibility for the Homeowner's Circuit Breaker Property Tax
Credit; requiring the Department to send notice of the credit and a
copy of the application for the credit to specified homeowners;
requiring the Department and the Comptroller jointly to perform a
specified study and submit a report; etc.
