Synopsis:

Requiring specified persons that assume the duty of recording a deed in connection with a sale of property to record the deed in accordance with specified provisions within 180 days after the transfer of ownership; authorizing a purchaser of property to bring an action against a person that violates the Act and to recover a specified amount; etc.
