Removing a specified limitation on the number of eligible customer-
generators that may enter into a net energy metering contract or
tariff; requiring a specified net energy metering contract or tariff
to require a specified electric company to purchase all excess energy

repealing a limitation on the period of time that a specified
customer-generator may accrue generation credit; etc.
