Motor Vehicles - Smoking in Vehicle with Child Passenger - Prohibition

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the driver of a motor vehicle from smoking or allowing a passenger to smoke a tobacco product in a motor vehicle in which a person who is under 6 years old is a passenger; excluding motorcycle drivers from the provisions of the Act; authorizing a police officer to enforce the Act only as a secondary action when detaining a driver for another suspected violation of law; establishing that a violation of the Act is not considered a moving violation for specified purposes; etc.
