Condominiums - Annual Proposed Budget - Required Form and Information

Synopsis:

Requiring an annual proposed budget submitted to a council of unit owners of a condominium to provide, for each item included in the budget, a total of the actual expenditures or income to date for the current fiscal year or, under specified circumstances, an estimated total for the current fiscal year; requiring the annual budget to include other information reasonably necessary for the informed adoption of the annual budget, including uncollected revenue, debt, and investments; etc.
