Entitled:
Eliminating Barriers to Enrollment Act

Synopsis:

Requiring the Maryland Medical Assistance Program and the Maryland Children's Health Program to provide guaranteed eligibility to specified enrollees for up to 12 months and to provide presumptive eligibility to specified enrollees; requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to provide a specified report to specified committees of the General Assembly on or before December 30, 2008; etc.
