Entitled:
Patient Referrals for Radiation Therapy Services

Synopsis:

Repealing radiation therapy services from the services not included in the definition of in-office ancillary services provided by health care professionals under the laws relating to patient referrals; and providing that specified prohibitions on referrals do not apply to referrals for radiation therapy services.
