Synopsis:

Prohibiting a condominium from imposing a lien on a unit for specified assessments, interest, late charges, costs of collection, or reasonable attorney's fees while a specified dispute is pending; providing that a unit owner may dispute the validity or amount of specified assessments, interest, late charges, costs of collection, or reasonable attorney's fees assessed against a unit by submitting the dispute to the Consumer Protection Division of the Office of the Attorney General; etc.
