Vehicle Laws - Gold Star Registration Plates

Synopsis:

Authorizing a recipient of the U.S. Department of Defense Gold Star as the surviving spouse, parent, or next of kin of a member of the armed forces whose life was lost in combat to apply to the Motor Vehicle Administration for a special Gold Star registration plate; providing for the display of a specified logo or emblem on the Gold Star registration plate; requiring an applicant for a Gold Star registration plate to provide specified proof of eligibility to the Administration; etc.
