Maryland Medical Assistance Program - Pharmacy Dispensing Fees

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to adjust specified pharmacy dispensing fees under the Maryland Medical Assistance Program at a specified time and in a specified manner; establishing standards for setting pharmacy dispensing fees for multiple source drugs under the Maryland Medical Assistance Program; requiring the Department to set specified pharmacy dispensing fees in an amount that reflects the findings of a specified survey; etc.
