Synopsis:

Providing that a special fund established with respect to a tax increment financing development district in Baltimore City may be used to pay or reimburse the Mayor and City Council under specified circumstances for debt service on debt instruments issued by the Maryland Economic Development Corporation for specified purposes; providing that a special fund established with respect to a special taxing district in Baltimore City may under specified circumstances be used for specified purposes; etc.
