Altering the period after which specified campaign loans that remain
unpaid are considered contributions and specifying that the loan be
repaid by the end of the election cycle in which it was made or 1 year
after the loan was made, whichever is later; authorizing the State
Board of Elections, on a written showing of good cause, to extend a
specified repayment period; etc.
