Condominiums - Ownership Classes - Vote Percentage

Synopsis:

Requiring the bylaws of a condominium to contain a provision expressing that, notwithstanding any other provision of law or certain governing documents of a council of unit owners, a unit owner in a condominium that contains two or more ownership classes, including commercial, retail, and residential classes, may cast a vote in any matter before the council of unit owners or board of directors that equals the percentage interest of common expenses assessed against the unit owner; etc.
