Business Regulation - Motor Fuel - Below Cost Sales

Synopsis:

Repealing provisions of law that prohibit a retail service station dealer from selling motor fuel below cost; repealing specified provisions of law that require the Comptroller, on receipt of a complaint, to conduct a specified investigation within a specified amount of time; repealing penalties; and repealing the exemption for motor fuel sold by a retail service station dealer from the provisions of the Sales Below Cost Act.
