Citizen's Tuition Protection Act
Prohibiting the constituent institutions of the University System of
Maryland from charging an undergraduate student who is a citizen of
the United States a tuition rate that is higher than the tuition rate
charged an undergraduate student who is not a citizen of the United
States; altering the powers and duties of the presidents of the
constituent institutions; requiring the Board of Regents to adopt
policies; etc.
