Altering specified alcoholic beverages license fees in Calvert County; creating a special beer and wine tasting license in the county; specifying conditions under which a protest to a renewal of an alcoholic beverages license in the county may occur; imposing a $200 fine for the sale of alcoholic beverages to an underage individual; increasing compensation for the chairman, members, and alternate member of the Calvert County Board of License Commissioners; etc.
