Additional Class B Licenses
Repealing in Harford County the Class BDR (deluxe restaurant) beer,
wine and liquor license and all of the privileges, location
restrictions, requirements, and other provisions associated with the
Class BDR license; specifying when an indirect ownership is presumed
to exist; and increasing the maximum number of Class B licenses to 9
that may be issued to an individual for the use of specified persons.
