Entitled:
Election Law - Rotation of Candidates Names on the Ballot

Synopsis:

Requiring that the names of specified candidates be listed on the ballot in accordance with regulations adopted by the State Board of Elections; requiring the regulations to include a protocol for the rotation of the names of specified candidates; and providing that the Act applies to each election beginning with the 2010 primary and general elections.
