Elective Franchise - Youth Voter Registration and Participation in Elections

Synopsis:

Authorizing specified citizens who are less than 18 years old to register to vote; authorizing specified citizens who are less than 18 years old to vote in specified primary or special elections under specified circumstances; making stylistic changes; and submitting the amendment to the qualified voters of the State of Maryland for their adoption or rejection.
