Income Tax - Credit for Installation of Fire Suppression Systems
 
Allowing a credit against the State income tax for specified costs of
fire suppression systems; providing that the credit may not exceed the
State income tax for that taxable year and that any unused credit may
be carried over to another taxable year; allowing specified taxpayers
to claim a refund of the credit; defining terms; applying the Act to
tax years after 2007; etc.
