Family Law - Child Support Collection Fee

Synopsis:

Increasing the amount of child support payments that a family is required to receive before the Child Support Enforcement Administration is authorized to deduct a specified collection fee; altering the termination date of a provision that authorizes the Child Support Enforcement Administration to deduct an annual collection fee from child support payments in specified cases; and requiring the Secretary of Human Resources to notify the Department of Legislative Services if a specified federal requirement is repealed.
