Family Law - Termination of Parental Rights - Child Conceived as the Result of Rape

Synopsis:

Requiring that a court consider whether a parent has been convicted of rape that resulted in the conception of a child, under specified circumstances, in determining whether to terminate parental rights and grant guardianship or adoption of a child without consent.
